This class is open to beginners where you will be taught the basic principles of Pilates.  You will have the time to practise the exercises and go at your own pace.  Each week you will progress your knowledge and test your capabilities.  Those who have been to Pilates classes before will be invited to increase the difficulty and work towards the more classical exercises.  The building blocks approach is perfect for improve your strength and mobility at a relaxed pace.  If you are completely new to exercise or have a medical condition of concern I do recommend you have a private session or come to a Beginners workshop before joining this class.
