Indoor classes are 50 minutes long and have a number of exercises that will help to mobilise your joints whilst also increasing your muscle tone.  The Pilates exercises are varied each week in order to add progression, improving body awareness and brain function.

 

All of my classes give you the opportunity to improve your strength and stamina but there are also options to scale back depending on your own body which can of course change week to week.  Classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are training for an event or simply looking for some wholesome movement.  

Classes are kept to a maximum of 12 per class which means you are gifted with more individual attention and support where needed.  

If you have back pain or have a medical issue of concern it is recommended you have a private class so I can assess your needs before you join this class.
