You may be pregnant and need to release back ache and have some relaxing movement. Keeping mobile during pregnancy is one of the best things you can do for yourself. You will have more energy when the time comes to birth your baby and you will find you recover more quickly.
I can teach Post Natal classes for you to return to fitness in a safe way. I can teach you gentle exercises for your body to heal from the inside. You can learn some functional movement at a time when you most need it (carseats, buggies, bending down to the cot, along with carrying your baby! Your baby is welcome to join us too.
