Maximum 5 people per class · Beginners welcome
Your first four sessions, designed to help you find your feet, build confidence and discover what your body can do.
Your Intro Pack gives you the chance to experience Helen Dixon Pilates, learn the basics and start building strength, mobility and movement skills in a small, supportive class.
You'll have the chance to get to know the studio, meet the people you train alongside and start feeling comfortable on the Reformer.

Never been on a Reformer before?
You're exactly where you need to be.
- You don't need to be strong.
- You don't need to be flexible.
- You don't need to know the exercises.
Everyone before you has been where you are, at the beginning. You'll be so welcome and supported as you get started on your Reformer Pilates journey.
Small groups. Big attention.
No packed studios. No getting lost in the crowd.
Classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of five people. This means Helen can see how you move, help you refine your technique and give you the right level of challenge.
But it's not just about the attention you receive.
Small classes create a friendly, supportive community too. You'll get to know the people you train alongside, encourage each other, share the experience and celebrate progress together.
Whether you're stepping onto a Reformer for the first time or looking for your next challenge, you'll have the attention you need to keep adding to your skills — while being part of a welcoming group.
